Shopping with Build Depot: Your Hassle-Free Options

1 - In Branch:

Step into one of our four branches and let our experienced sales team guide you through our extensive range of high-quality products. Once you've found what you need, our friendly warehouse staff will have your order ready for pickup in no time.

2 - Click & Collect:

Orders are normally ready within three working hours. Orders placed after 3:30pm will be available from 9:30am on the next working day. Your branch will always phone you to confirm your collection time.

3 - Home or Site Delivery:

Order everything you need online and let us take care of the rest. We'll deliver your supplies directly to your home or job site, ensuring your project stays on track.

How to add items to Click and Collect Order:

Select product category When you find the products you want, click to 'add' to order.
Either continue shopping and adding more products, or view your 'items in basket' followed by 'Place Order Now'
When completing payment option select sales type as 'collect later'

How to Check Out and Pay:

Once you've finished adding items to your basket, click the 'items in basket' icon at the top right hand side of page to view the items in your basket.
From there you'll be taken to the 'your basket' page, which allows you to review and alter the items you have ordered. Once completed click the 'Place Order Now' icon.
The Checkout Page asks you to enter the your contact name and delivery address. If the invoice address is the same click 'Use Delivery Address' and if the billing address is different please manually input details. Here can also add any additional contact names, details or other delivery instructions. Once complete please press continue.
The next page confirms the total amount due for payment including any delivery charges and VAT. Press continue. All you need to do now is review your order details and tick to confirm you've read and understood the Build Depot terms and conditions. Once complete please click 'Complete Order'.
You will now be directed to a secure site to Input card details please follow the sage payment instructions. Once complete please press continue.

You will receive an order confirmation via email and your order will be processed and a follow up text, email or phone call will confirm when your order will be dispatched
