Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service lets you order and pay online, then pick up your items from any Build Depot branch across Scotland. We typically prepare orders within three working hours, and any order placed after 3:30pm will be ready from 9:30am the next working day. All collections are subject to stock availability.

How does collection work? What do I need to bring?

When you arrive at the branch, please head to the sales counter with your order confirmation (digital or printed copy).

Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes. You can nominate an alternative collector when placing your order. They must bring the order confirmation. If nominated collector cannot be verified, we will contact the customer directly using the details provided to approve the collection.

When will my order be ready?

Orders are normally ready within three working hours. Orders placed after 3:30pm will be available from 9:30am on the next working day. Your branch will always phone you to confirm your collection time.

How long will you hold my order?

We will hold your items for 48 hours after the agreed collection day. If the order is not collected, we will contact you to check whether you still intend to collect.

Can I have some items collected and others delivered?

Yes. As you add products to your basket, you will be able to choose either Collect or Delivery for each item.
