How long does delivery take?

At the checkout page, you can see the delivery times available and book the date and time slot that suits you the best.

When will I receive an ETA for my delivery?

Once your order has been loaded to one of our trucks you will receive an ETA text message to the mobile number taken at point of order.

Will I receive notification that my delivery has been completed?

Once your order has been delivered you will receive a text message to the mobile number taken at point of order advising that your order has been delivered.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. Once you place your order select the Collect option.

Do you deliver on bank holidays?

As long as our branches are open on bank holidays, we also make deliveries.

What to do if goods are damaged on delivery?

Please make sure you inspect the goods on delivery. If any goods are damaged (or not delivered), you must phone or write to tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Please also allow time to inspect the damaged goods.
