Unwanted Items: You can cancel your order within a 7-day cooling-off period. Goods can be returned within 28 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Faulty/Damaged Goods: If an item is faulty within 28 days, we will collect it free of charge for an exchange or refund. After 28 days, please check the manufacturer's warranty or contact us.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on bagged products (e.g., plaster, cement), bespoke/mixed paints, made-to-measure items, special orders, or used items such as boilers and macerators.
