Note: Delivery charges vary by item, service chosen, and your postcode. Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any damages immediately. Do not book tradespeople until your full order has arrived in good condition.

Returns & Cancellations We adhere to UK Distance Selling Regulations, ensuring a straightforward returns process:

  • Unwanted Items: You can cancel your order within a 7-day cooling-off period. Goods can be returned within 28 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Faulty/Damaged Goods: If an item is faulty within 28 days, we will collect it free of charge for an exchange or refund. After 28 days, please check the manufacturer's warranty or contact us.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on bagged products (e.g., plaster, cement), bespoke/mixed paints, made-to-measure items, special orders, or used items such as boilers and macerators.
